Paper Board Base to Be Established in Ningbo
The third phase paper board  project,   the  biggest  paper
board base in  Asia,   will  soon  start  construction  in
Ningband the technicalo. The paper board  project  jointly
constructed by China Paper Industrial Group, Ningbo  Light
Industry Group Corporation and Asia Pulp Paper Co.,   Ltd.
of Singapore is one of the biggest  industrial  investment
projects in Ningbo. An investment of 4  billion  yuan  has
already been put in the first two phases in the recent  10
years, and a 500 000 t/a paper  board  capacity  has  been
formed, filling the gap in white paper board production in
  China.   The  third  phase  which  has  recently  started
construction will have another investment  of  12  billion
yuan.
