Zhapu Lube Oil Plant Completed and Put into Operation
Zhapu Lube Oil Plant jointly constructed  by  Shell  Group,
Zhejiang  Jiaxing  Zhapugang  Enterprise  Corporation  and
Zhejiang Communication Material Co. is recently  completed
and put into operation.
The plant has a total investment  of  29. 8  million  U. S.
dollars. It started construction in 1996 and  can  produce
45 000 tons of different varieties of high-grade lube  oil
a year.
