Polypropylene Unit Completed in Changling Oil  Refining
                      &  Chemical  General Plant
The localized 70 000 t/a polypropylene unit was completed and made successful
wet commissioning the other day in Changling Oil Refining & Chemical General
Plant in Hunan Yueyang. The unit is a  joint  venture  between  the  general
plant and a Hong Kong international investment  company.   It  has  a  total
investment of 610 million yuan. The process is at the world  advanced  level
of the 90. The unit can produce 70 000 tons of polypropylene granules in  25
brands.
