Technical Composition Production Factory, which is located in the suburban district of Tongliao city of Inner Mongolia, occupies an area of 666 000 square meters. The site has 318 sets of equipment with a production capacity of 10 000 t/a , and has a product portfolio of propiconazole (TILT), tebuconazole, terbufos, phorate, malathion. The composition project and inspection instrument for herbicide are completed for the course of building.      b. Emulsion Factory, located in Zaoqiang county of Hebei province, has the pilot workshop and composition workshop for technical pesticides. It occupies an area of 56 610 square meters. The workshop, living quarters and offices totally cover 8 103 square meters. It has 223 sets of equipment. The inspection instruments and environmental protection facilities are complete. The emulsion production capacity is 7 000 t/a.      c. Granule and Powder Factory occupies an area of 666 000 square meters, of which the workshop, living quarters and offices totally cover 4 888 square meters. 41 sets of equipment can supply a production capacity of 15 000 t/a.      The headquarters occupies 2 500 square meters. The company possesses the computer management software which is developed by the company itself. All the process such as raw material purchase, production management, storage, sales, clients, finance, and personnel are managed through the management system.       1. TerbufosIt is estimated to need an investment of US$2 475 247. It will create a sale of US$2 233 250 and a profit of US$434 243 per year. The repayment period is calculated to be half and three years. Terbufos can be used to prevent and cure pests under and above ground. The global consumption is approximately 50 000 tons per year.

      2. MalathionA total investment of RMB1 488 834 is needed. The projected sales and profit are RMB1.23 million and RMB496 277 per year respectively. The investment return period is calculated to be three years. Malathion is a low poison and low remaining pesticide. The global total consumption is around 200 000 tons per year.

      3. PropiconazoleThe needed investment is RMB1 116 600. The annual sales and profit is expected to be RMB10.52 million and RMB4.84 million respectively. Propiconazole is the best effect pesticide available in the world. China exports 500 tons per year. The company has the largest capacity in China.

      4. MesotrioneThe total scheduling investment is RMB69.45 million, which will be earned back within half and three years. The yearly sales is projected to be RMB6.21 million and the annual profit will be RMB1.985 million. Mesotrione is the best effect fungicide available in the world. The total consumption in the globe is around 300 000 tons per year.
