Non-PVC Infusion Bag Production Line Starts Production in Hebei

A non-PVC multi-ply co-extruded infusion bag production line has recently started production in Shijiazhuang No. 4 Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. and passed the field inspection for GMP certification organized by the State Food and Drug Supervision and Management Bureau. The production line has an investment of RMB11 million and can produce 30 million non-PVC infusion bags a year.     Such infusion bag is a polymer of styrene, ethylene and butene. It contains no PVC. Plasticizer diethylhexyl phthalate is not used. No hazardous gas is therefore released in combustion. The product features convenient recovery and environmental friendliness. Three-ply co-extruded infusion bag production equipment used in the project is introduced from Germany. The multi-ply electric cross-linking film produced in the production line has excellent indifference and low particle liquidation.     Non-PVC multi-ply co-extruded infusion bag is a new-generation environmental benign product that can gradually replace infusion glass bottles. Compared with traditional infusion glass bottles, the full closeness of key production sections and the integration of bag making, bag cleaning, fluid filling and bag sealing can effectively prevent man-made secondary pollution. It has the special features of great operation space and high production efficiency and the outstanding advantages in product quality, clinic use and storage/transportation.
