Pigment and Resin Production in DIC Zhanjiagang

DIC Zhangjiagang Chemical Co., Ltd. funded by Dainippon Ink and Chemicals has recently started production. Dainippon Ink and Chemicals is a well-known multinational of inks and fine chemicals in the world. DIC Zhangjiagang Chemical Co., Ltd. is the 26th enterprise established by the company in China. It mainly produces application pigments and synthetic resins. The first-phase project of the company has a total investment of US$29.1 million. The company has a registered capital of US$15.7 million and occupies an area of around 200 000 m2. After the completion of the project, 10 000 tons of application pigments and 18 000 tons of synthetic resins for amino acid ethyl ester, modifiers and coatings can be produced a year.
