3 000 T/A Catalyst Production Line Completed

The 3 000 t/a general-purpose catalyst production line recently completed by CNPC Fushun Petrochemical Company Ltd. uses the patent technology and the latest catalyst recipe provided by UOP. It can provide high-quality catalysts and adsorbing agents at the world’s leading level, as well as complete after-sale technical services, to refining enterprises and related sectors in China. The catalyst production line has high production technology content and advanced automation control technology. It is the largest production line of hydrogenation and precious metal catalysts in China. It can produce catalysts for hydrofining, hydrocracking, fixed-bed and continuous reforming, alkane dehydrogenation and dewaxing and absorbing agents for sulfur protective beds.     The design energy consumption of the production line is lower than the average energy consumption level of similar domestic units.
