500 T/A Resin Renovation Project Completed in Taiyuan

The first-phase 500 t/a high-effect phenolic reinforcing resin renovation project is completed and put on stream in Taiyuan Yuantai Biochemical Co., Ltd. After the completion of the whole project, the output of assistants such as anchoring resin, reinforcing resin and curing resin in the company will reach 5 000 tons a year.     Mountain brand rubber assistants produced in the company hold a 40% share in the domestic market today.     High-effect phenolic reinforcing resin produced in the first-phase 500 t/a project is a new-generation reinforcing resin developed by the company itself. It is extensively used in the radial tire production. Compared with conventional phenolic reinforcing resins, the new product can effectively improve the hardness, tear strength, abrasion resistance and elongation modulus, reduce the extensibility and prolong the scorching time of rubber stock.
