10 000 T/A PP Project Run in Cangzhou

On July 18, the 10 000 t/a PP (polypropylene) project run successfully and produced qualified product in Cangzhou Refining & Chemical Co., Ltd. The PP capacity will increase 20%, and the actual output of PP will be over 70 000 tons per year in this company.   Constructed by Bobai Engineering Company, a subsidiary of Cangzhou Refining & Chemical Co., Ltd, the project adopts the leading DCS system in China now, and its polymerization reaction kettle is sealed by mechanic instead of fillings, improving PP quality and saving the consumption of white oil as filling. In addition, the auto-weighing-package process has great improvement. One is that double press storage is used, to avoid raw material mixing together, ensure each kettle's stable product quality. The other is containing dust-removing technology.
