Refrigerant HFC-134a Project Starts Construction

The ceremony for starting the construction of the HFC-134a project in Juhua Group Corporation was held on July 10.    The project has a total investment of around RMB300 million. Advanced production technology is introduced from abroad to produce new-generation environmental benign refrigerants. The project is expected to be completed and put on stream in 2006. Products will become substitutes for existing freon refrigerants in the company today and the technology for the production of new freon refrigerants in China will reach the world advanced level. Related projects will also be launched at that time.
