Phosphate Fertilizer Renovation Project

The phosphate fertilizer renovation project in Hebei Jiheng Phosphate Fertilizer Company Ltd., a potassium sulfate compound fertilizer producer, has reached the design capacity on May 11. S-NPK compound fertilizer produced through the advanced production process and technology of chemical synthesis, spraying, ammoniation and granulation sells well in market.      In view of the supply shortage of S-NPK compound fertilizer in Hebei, Jiheng Phosphate Fertilizer Company Ltd. has fully used existing utilities and raw material advantages in phosphoric acid, sulfuric acid and liquid ammonia to double its compound fertilizer capacity. The capacity of S-NPK compound fertilizer can be increased to nearly 400 000 t/a and the capacity of byproduct hydrochloric acid can be increased to 120 000 tons. The output value will be increased by more than RMB20 million a year.   The construction of the 200 000 t/a sulfur-based sulfuric acid and high-tower melt granulation compound fertilizer project will also be soon launched by the company at Jiheng Industrial Park.
