Succinic Acid Project Starts Construction in Hebei

A succinic acid project has recently started construction in Hebei Qingyuan Weibao Chemical Co., Ltd. located in Baoding, Hebei province. The project occupies an area of 5.7 hectares and the total investment will reach around RMB100 million in the next 5 years. The first phase has an investment of RMB30 million and an annual output of 5 000 tons. The follow-up investment will mainly be used in the development of succinic acid derivatives.
