Paste Resin Expansion Project Starts in Shenyang   

The 20 000 t/a paste resin expansion project has recently started construction in Shenyang Chemical Industrial Co., Ltd. located in Northeast China. The company put on stream a 30 000 t/a paste resin expansion project in August last year. (CCR2004, No.25) It was proposed in November 2004 that on the basis of the existing 80 000 t/a capacity, another 20 000 t/a expansion project would be launched.     The expansion project will be completed at the end of August this year. The output of paste resin in Shenyang Chemical Industrial Co., Ltd. will reach 100 000 tons a year at that time and the domestic market share will be increased from 30% today to 35%.
