Base of Nano-pigment Ink Put into Production

The nano-pigment production line in NNW (Nantong) base was completed and put into production on Jan. 19, 2005. The programmed scale of NNW (Nantong) base has a production capacity of 10 000 t/a nano-pigment ink. The production value is RMB400 million. The current first phase project has a production capacity of 2 000 t/a. The present nano-pigment ink products of Shanghai NNW New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. have been developed into 5 major groups and more than 70 varieties. These can be widely used in the high-grade colorants in such industries as pen-making, spray-paint and painting, the products have advantages in areas such as level of water resistance compared with traditional pigment ink.
