On September 8, the inauguration ceremony of China Pingmei Shenma Group was held in Pingdingshan, Henan province. With the approval of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the Henan Provincial People’s Government, the group name was officially changed from China Pingmei Shenma Energy and Chemical Group Co., Ltd. to China Pingmei Shenma Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as China Pingmei Shenma), which marked the group entered a new journey with the high-quality development.

At the inauguration ceremony, China Pingmei Shenma also launched its new group logo.

China Pingmei Shenma was restructured by two top 500 Chinese companies, the former Pingmei Group and the Shenma Group.
