The Ministry of Commerce (MOC) conducted an expiry review on anti-dumping measures against polyamide-6 (PA6) originating from the US, the EU, Russia and Taiwan Province – investigating the possibility that dumping and related damage will continue or reoccur if these measures are terminated.

The investigation started from April 22, 2021 and will come to an end prior to April 21, 2022. During the period, anti-dumping duties will be collected continually according to scope and tax rates issued in 2010 and 2017.
