On December 28, 2019, Henan Xiguang High Polymer Materials Co., Ltd. and Chematur Technologies AB (CEAB) signed the process license and engineering agreement about a 50 kt/a adiponitrile plant. With a total investment of RMB576 million, the project will adopt CEAB’s independently-developed technology and is expected to be completed by the end of 2020. 

   Sanmenxia Shanzhou District government will lead the project, aiming to form a high-tech fine chemical industrial chain, which can extend upstream to the petrochemical industry and downstream into the nylon fiber, engineering plastics and new-type polyurethane (PU) sectors.
