Henan Energy and Chemical Industry Group and Hebi City Government signed a strategic cooperation agreement on the development of new coal chemical industry and modern logistics and trade industry. 

   The two parties will work together to coordinate the planning of the new coal chemical industry park in Hebi City, with the focus on a batch of strategically important projects, which have high-tech content and generate good benefits, in accordance with the principle of "complete a batch, construct a batch and reserve a batch", so as to create a green, intelligent modern fine coal chemical industry chain. In the meantime, the two sides jointly promote gasification islands, polyformaldehyde, polymethoxy dimethyl ether, and polyethylene terephthalate (PET), pentylene diamine, spandex and other batches of locally extended and supplementary chain projects with good conditions and good foundation.
