Wison Engineering Achieved Successful Mechanical Completion of Cracking Furnace Project

On December 18, 2017, Wison Engineering (China) Co., Ltd. (Wison Engineering) successfully held the mechanical completion ceremony on-site of the Cracking Furnace Unit in 400kt/a Light Oil Processing and Utilization Device for Kerosene Oil-Gas Comprehensive Utilization Project (“Cracking Furnace Project”) rewarded by Yanchang Petroleum Yan’an Energy Chemical Co., Ltd. (“Yan’an Energy Chemical”) on the project site. Relevant key personnel from the owner Yan’an Energy Chemical, Beijing Petrochemical Engineering Co., Ltd. (“BPEC”), CIECC Engineering Construction Project Management Corporation (“CIECC”) and Wison Engineering attended the ceremony and praised the successful mechanical completion of the Cracking Furnace Project at a high standard.
At the handover ceremony, the project manager Yuan Rui from Wison Engineering made a summary report of the project execution and completion performance. Key personnel from the owner, BPEC and the project management units all gave their high recognition and praise to Wison Engineering’s excellent project management and execution capabilities and high standard of delivery. The project’s builder, main contractor, supervisor, EPC contractor and the construction team each signed on the Mechanical Completion Certificate.
The Cracking Furnace Project EPC contract was awarded to Wison Engineering by BPEC on December 29, 2015. The project broke ground on May 18, 2016, started to low-temperature baking on November 3, 2017, and was delivered to the owner on December 18, 2017. During the project execution, the project team of Wison Engineering kept holding the QHSE policy of “Client Orientated, System Management, Safety First, Prevention as Main, Care Healthy, Environment Protection”. The team was meticulous in its organization and reasonable in its arrangements, and eventually fully completed the engineering construction tasks within the scope of the contract, smoothly achieving a hand-over at high standards. In addition, the Wison Engineering project team obtained outstanding results in such terms as safety and quality and on several occasions it was commended by the owner and BPEC. For two consecutive years, Wison Engineering was named “An Advanced Corporation in Quality Month”.
Established in September 2009, Yanchang Petroleum Yan’an Energy Chemical Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shaanxi Yanchang Petroleum Group Co., Ltd. and mainly responsible for the construction and operation management of Yan’an Kerosene Oil-Gas Comprehensive Utilization Project.
