MOFCOM Launches Anti-dumping Investigation against Ethanolamines Imported from the US, Saudi Arabia, Malaysia and Thailand

The Chinese Ministry of Commerce released Announcement No. 67 of 2017 on October 30, deciding to launch an anti-dumping investigation against the Ethanolamines imported from the US , Saudi Arabia, Malaysia and Thailand. The product’s name is Ethanolamines and it is under items 29221100, 29221200 and 29221310 of the Customs Import and Export Tariff of the People’s Republic of China. The investigation expects to end before October 30, 2018 and may be postponed till April 30 in special cases.
