China Ends Anti-dumping Measures on ECH from Russia, South Korea, Japan and the U.S.

China had imposed anti-dumping measures on epichlorohydrin (ECH) originating from Russia, South Korea, Japan and the U.S. for five years, effective June 28, 2006, and then extended them for another five years, from June 28, 2012 to June 27, 2017.
Domestic ECH enterprises or their representatives could apply for an expiry review at least two months before the date of expiry (June 27, 2017), according to a Ministry of Commerce of China (MOC) announcement on November 7, 2016.
As no applications were submitted by the deadline, MOC decided not to conduct an expiry review and to terminate these anti-dumping measures upon expiry.
