License for Vehicles with Dangerous Chemicals in Shanghai Word Expo    

The Shanghai government makes efforts to make sure safety in Shanghai during the Shanghai World Expo held May 1st to October 31st, 2010.
   Shanghai safety production and supervision agency calls for vehicles with dangerous chemicals should not be allowed to enter Shanghai without special licenses during the Shanghai Expo.
   And Sinopec and CNPC should install anti-explosive facilities in their oil/gas stations in Shanghai by the end of this March.  
   The Shanghai government also said to forbid transportation of combustible and volatile chemicals effective June 15th to October 15th, 2010.
