Tianguan to Develop Bio-energy Business with Investor     

Henan Tianguan Enterprise Group Co., Ltd. (Tianguan) establishes cooperative partnership with the State Development & Investment Corporation (SDIC) under an agreement signed on November 18th, 2009.
   Both sides have agreed to form a joint venture for tapping into bio-energy business to advance the domestic bio-energy and bio-chemical industries.
   The proposed joint venture will combine Tianguan's technology experience in bio-energy business with SDIC's strong investment ability, targeting for the world's leading bio-energy firm.
   Tianguan, located in Nanyang, Henan province, is one of the four enterprises authorized by the central government to produce fuel ethanol, with the production capacity of 500 thousand tons of fuel ethanol and 180 thousand tons of qualified ethanol per year. Tianguan has three plants, two wholly owned subsidiary companies, eight holding companies, four joint venture companies, and two R & D centers.
