Sinochem Group Completes Acquisition of 100% Share in Emerald     

Sinochem Group has completes the acquisition of 100% share in Emerald Energy. The group released on October 22nd.
   The acquisition of Emerald will strengthen Sinochem Group's position in the Middle East and South America, which is in line with its strategy of becoming a global energy company, Sinochem Group says. (CCR2009 No. 24)
