China Imposes Antidumping Tariff on Imported PA 6,6 Chips     

China's Ministry of Commerce began imposing anti-dumping tax on some imported polyamide (PA)-6,6 chips (HS code: 39081011) from October 13th. Chinese importers of PA 6,6 chips made in the United States, Italy, the UK, France and Taiwan province should deposit the responding duties with China's customs since October 13th, 2009.
    Below are the specific tax rates on different companies:

   The Ministry of Commerce said on November 14th, 2008 it decided to launch the dumping investigation on PA 6,6 chips from the above-mentioned countries and region. (CCR2008 No.34)
