Final Review Ruling on SBR Case      

The Ministry of Commerce (MOC) finds that China continues to impose the antidumping tariff on imports of styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR, HS code: 40021911, 40021912, 40021919 and 40021990) originated from Russia, Japan and Korea over five years, effective September 8th, 2009. MOC released on September 8th.
   China had imposed antidumping duty on imports of SBR originated from the above mentioned countries for five years since September 9th, 2003. And MOC launched a final review investigation on the SBR case from September 9th, 2008. (CCR2008 No. 27, 2003 No. 12)
