Sinochem Interests in Nufarm     

Sinochem Group, China's leading chemical and related player, is discussing with Australia's Nufarm regarding acquiring shares in Nufarm. Sinochem Group announced in a statement on July 26th.
   But any agreement has not been signed by now, the company said.
   Early in 2007, a consortium led by China National Chemical Corporation (ChemChina), ever bid for shares in Nufarm, but failed.  (CCR2007 No. 36, No. 33)
