Hubei Yihua Strengthens Presence in Salt Chemicals     

Hubei Yihua Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. (Hubei Yihua, SZ: 000422) announced June 24 to increase investment for Inner Mongolia Yihua Chemical Co., Ltd. to strengthen its salt chemical business.
   Hubei Yihua plans to increase RMB500 million of fund for Inner Mongolia Yihua, thereafter bringing the registered capital of Inner Mongolia Yihua to RMB700 million.
   Hubei Yihua formed its fully-owned subsidiary - Inner Mongolia Yihua to acquire Inner Mongolia Haiji Chlor-alkali Chemical Co., Ltd.'s assets.
    Haiji Chlor-alkali is located in Wuhai, Inner Mongolia where has rich coal and limestone resources and abundant power as well as good investment environment.
   Acquiring Haiji Chlor-alkali and investment increment for Inner Mongolia Yihua will actively promote Hubei Yihua's sustainable development by strengthening the salt chemical business and advancing the chlor-alkali business.
