China Announces Preliminary Ruling on Imported PA 6,6      

The Ministry of Commerce (MOC) announced June 25th its preliminary determination in polyamide-6,6 (PA 6,6, HS code: 39081011) originated from the United States of America, Italy, the United Kingdom, France and Taiwan province.
   The MOC found that polyamide-6,6 from above mentioned countries and region were dumped into China, and under such conditions to injury China's PA 6,6 industry.
   As a result of the determination, the MOC took an initial antidumping measure on the case effective June 26th, 2009. All importers, when importing PA 6,6 sourcing from these countries and region, must pay a deposit to customs. The deposit ratios are as follows:

Italy firms:
    RADICI CHIMICA S.p.A    10.9%
    All Others    20.9%
UK firms:

    MOC instituted an investigation on PA 6,6 from theses countries and region on November 14th, 2008. (CCR2008 No. 34)
