Shanghai Chlor-Alkali Sells 10% Shares in Bayer Polymers (Shanghai)

Shanghai Chlor-Alkali Chemical Co., Ltd. (SH: 600618) completed the sale of a 10% stake in Bayer Polymers (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. on April 3rd. Bayer MaterialScience acquired the acquisition for a consideration of RMB230 million, therefore becoming a 100% shareholder of Bayer Polymer (Shanghai).
