USA Made Initial Ruling on New Pneumatic Off-the-Road Tires      

On February 6th, USA made an initial ruling on new pneumatic off-the-road tires originated from China. The tariff rates are 16.35% for Guizhou Tyre Co., Ltd.; 19.73% for Hebei Starbright Tire Co., Ltd.; 10.98% for Tianjin United Tire & Rubber International Co., Ltd.; 51.81% for Xuzhou Xugong Tyre Co., Ltd. and 210.48% for other companies.
   On July 31st, 2007 USA launched dumping and subsidy investigation into the said products from China. (CCR2007 No. 23)
