Jinzhou Petrochemical Completes Sewage Stripping Unit      

On November 11th, 2007 the 140 t/h sulfur-containing sewage stripping unit of Jinzhou Petrochemical Company Ltd. was completed and went on stream in Jinzhou, Liaoning province.
   The project was approved in April 2006 and uses DCS control system. Sinopec Luoyang Petrochemical Engineering Co., Ltd. undertakes the design of main facilities, and the Design Institute of Jinzhou Petrochemical Company Ltd. conducts the design of auxiliary facilities.
   The startup of the unit has doubled the acidic sewage treatment capacity in the company and created favorable conditions for the company to further increase the oil processing amount and achieve the sustainable development.
