Baota Petrochemical Completes 600 000 T/A RFCC Unit     

On September 26th, 2007 the 600 000 t/a residue fluid catalytic cracking unit (RFCC) in Ningxia Baota Petrochemical Group went on stream in Ningdong Base, Ningxia.
   The project has a total investment of over RMB400 million. Construction was started in May 2006. The unit uses the most advanced refining process technology in China. Full automation is conducted in oil supply and water supply. Indexes in technical level, energy consumption and product yield hold a leading position in similar domestic units.
   Ningxia Baota Petrochemical Group is a local multiple petrochemical enterprise and the main products in the company include gasoline, diesel, LPG (liquefied petroleum gas), paraffin, naphtha and asphalt.
