Harbin Xinda Completes Modified Plastics Base

The installation of 12 first-rate high-quality modified
plastics production lines and more than 30 pieces of R&D
experimental equipment in Harbin Xinda High-Tech Company Ltd.
(Harbin Xinda) has recently been completed in Harbin,
Heilongjiang province. The biggest modified plastics production
base in Northeast China is therefore formally constructed in
Harbin. Its capacity of 100 000 t/a high-quality modified
plastics holds a leading position in China.
   The demand for modified plastics in China has maintained an
annual growth of 30% in recent years. Starting from 2004, Harbin
Xinda made an investment of RMB120 million in the construction
of a modified plastics base on the basis of the existing capacity
of 50 000 t/a high-quality modified plastics. After the full
completion of the production base, the output value can be
increased by more than RMB1.0 billion a year.
    HarbinXinda is a high-tech enterprise that started the
research, development, production and sales of modified
plastics at an early date. It owns 17 invention patents of the
state today.
