Tianma Group Breaks Ground New Composite Material Production
Base

Changzhou Tianma Group Co., Ltd. held the ground breaking
ceremony for a new composite material production base funded by
the company with an investment of RMB700 million in Binjiang Fine
Chemical Industry Zone, Changzhou, Jiangsu province on March
30th, 2007.
    The production base includes a 30 000 t/a alkali-free
fiberglass tank furnace, 6-7 chopped felt production lines, 10
stitch-bonded fabric trains and geotex grille complete trains
with a total capacity of 100 million m2/a. After the completion
of the new plant, a sales volume of over RMB2.0 billion will be
formed.
   Changzhou Tianma Group Co., Ltd. has 4 Chinese-foreign joint
venture enterprises and several enterprises with equity
participation. It is an important fiberglass raw material
producer in China. Major products include fiberglass products,
unsaturated polyester resins and gel coat resins.
