Contract Signed on Constructing a Pyridine
                         Project in Nantong
According to the news  from  the  Trade  Promotion  Bureau  of  Nantong
Development Zone, Nantong Acetic Acid Plant and  Rilly Chemical  Co. ,
Ltd. of the United  States  have  signed  a  contract  in  Beijing  on
constructing a 11 000 t/a joint venture pyridine project in the area.
The investment proportion is 33% for the Chinese side and 67%  for  the
American side. The project will reach the design capacity in one  year
and a half. The annual sales revenue is expected to be 400 million yuan
